The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a quiet area, close to the lake, which other hotels have as well, a stunning Lagoon and Mexico. The room was excellent and reasonably large, and with an exceptional view of the lake. The bed was big and the bathroom was clean here...
The staff was absolutely unfriendly.

My bike ride to the hotel was worth it. the location was fantastic, close to the lagoon, with stunning views of the water. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant, which was down a long hill, but worth the walk. the staff was welcoming, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. the included breakfast was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Plus, free kayaks and canoes made the experience even better.
The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough.

The location of the hotel was stunning, with crystal clear waters and amazing views. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the inclusion of water activities like kayaking, and the food was great too.
The road leading to the hotel was quite difficult to navigate and the surrounding area was a bit remote. , some amenities in the rooms were missing, like a fridge and coffee equipment.

The view was breathtaking, with crystal clear water and a serene environment, perfect for getting away and disconnecting. the complementary kayaks made exploring the lagoon an enjoyable experience, and the private pier with hammocks was a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
The smell emanating from the bathroom was overwhelming, and the curtains had to be closed at all times for privacy. the lack of a menu also made it difficult to anticipate the final price of meals and drinks.
